On Monday, the Minister of Transport, Ricardo Viegas d’Abreu, carried out changes to the central bodies and boards of directors of the companies, having also appointed Amadeu Nunes as executive secretary of the Lobito Corridor Transit Facilitation Agency (AFTTCL). This is the governing body of the entity responsible for promoting exchanges in the Lobito Corridor and creating synergies between the countries involved.
Clóvis Lara Martins Rosa was also appointed as chairman of the Non-Executive Board of Directors of TAAG, replacing António dos Santos Domingos. At Empresa Nacional de Bilhética Integrada, S.A. (ENBI), Mário Nsingi Pedro, chairman of the Executive Committee, and Pedro Carmo Manuel Pereira, executive director, were dismissed.In their place, Edgar Bruno Menezes Gomes José da Costa was appointed as Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Solange Paula de Vasconcelos Costa as Executive Director. At the Port Company of Amboim, E.P., Manuel Francisco Zangui, Executive Director (at his own request) was dismissed and Lourenço Martins de Pina Júnior was appointed as his replacement.
At the Development Company of Barra do Dande, S.A. (SDBD, S.A.), Joaquim Nazaré Pimentel da Piedade, Chairman of the Board of Directors (at his own request) was dismissed, and Adilson Gabriel Alves Catala, Executive Director, was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. Roque de Lima Saraiva was appointed Executive Director.
