Africa-Press – Angola. The MPLA vice-president, Luísa Damião, guides this Saturday, 21, at the Nossa Senhora do Monte football stadium, in the city of Lubango, the mass political act, as part of the pre-electoral campaign, aimed at the General Elections of next August.
Luísa Damião landed on Friday at the Mukanka international airport. Upon her arrival, the vice president of the ruling party in Angola, was received by the first provincial secretary of the MPLA in Huíla, Nuno Mahapi Dala, in the presence of the members of the central structure of the electoral campaign. Also present were the members of the Executive Committee of the Huíla Provincial Committee.
Upon her arrival in front of the Party’s headquarters in Huíla, based in the city of Lubango, the MPLA vice-president was received by a “bath” of militants, friends and sympathizers of the party, OMA and JMPLA.
He then visited the cultural and arts fair and national production, exhibited in the Comandante Calof square, opposite the Party’s headquarters, where more than 50 exhibitors from the 14 municipalities of the province participated.
