The Constituent Assembly of Traditional Authorities, meeting in the village of Úko-Seles, province of Cuanza-Sul, constituted the National Council of the Traditional Power of Angola (CNPTA), having subsequently elected the governing bodies of the respective council, replacing the associations existing traditional authorities.
