Africa-Press – Angola. Angolan journalist Custódio Fernando on Sunday in the city of Malanje, launched the book entitled “Vergonha é Roubar” (The shame is to Steal), with the aim to contribute to the country’s bibliographical collection.
The author’s second literary work brings his reflection offering in-depth insights into business management and youth entrepreneurship.
The work presents itself as a bridge between employer and employee, highlighting issues that weaken the legal employment relationship.
According to the author, the book portrays aspects that guide the best ways for employees, such as public servants, to act in light of the difficulties faced by entrepreneurs in Malanje, specifically and in Angola, in general.
He explained that issues related to accounting organization, the shortage of technicians, the low cost of living that affects the decline in purchasing power, and the difficulties in attracting clients are other aspects reflected in the book.
The journalist emphasized that the book also provides guidance on the need for young people seeking their first job to adapt to market demands, taking into account the need to constantly update their skills and abilities.
The 129-page book was published by Global Service, a startup led by local youth based in Malanje.
Initially, 500 copies were printed, which are being sold for seven thousand kwanzas each.
Custódio Fernando’s first literary work is entitled “Bom dia, Senhor Ministro” (Good Morning, Mr. Minister) and was released in Malanje in 2021.
