Africa-Press – Angola. Angola qualified on Monday (09) for the African Futsal Cup of Nations (AFCON’2026), after beating Cameroon 7-1 in the 2nd leg of the final qualifying round, at the Kilamba Multipurpose Pavilion, in Luanda.

Angola’s goals were scored by Anderson (twice, at 2 and 31 minutes), Mano Sele (16′), Kliverth (23′), Any (27′), Bráulio (28′) and Chico (33′), while Denamou scored Cameroon’s goal at 35 minutes.

The national team quickly confirmed its superiority, with the players showcasing their technique, with dribbles and combinations that completely unbalanced the opponent, driving the crowd into a frenzy.

After Anderson’s early goal, captain Mano Sele penetrated the Cameroonian area and with a shot into the top left corner made it 2-0, the HT result.

The Cameroonians held on in the first half, however, lacking the creativity to score, much less to avoid the worst in the second half, in which they conceded five more goals.

Overall, the national team won the tie 19-1, having won the first leg 12-0 in Yaoundé.
