Africa-Press – Angola. The province of Luanda will receive, in the coming days, 90 more buses to improve urban traffic, in addition to other projects aimed at the problems with which the capital struggles most.
The information was released this Wednesday by the governor of Luanda, Manuel Homem, at the end of the special session of the Council of Ministers, convened to analyze the situation in the province, with emphasis on projects to be completed and new to be carried out.
Speaking to the press at the end of the meeting, guided by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, Manuel Homem said that the placement of these new media in the capital will result from a public tender aimed at operators.
“We will launch a public tender for the placing of at least 90 buses at the disposal of operators, in order to improve urban traffic in the province”, he stressed.
