Economy, The Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC), passed under the presidency of Cameroon, has been headed since June 18 by Dieudonné Evou Mekou. The transfer of power between the incoming President and the outgoing President, the Equatoguinean Fortunato – Ofa Mbo Nchama, took place at the Bank’s headquarters in Brazzaville, Congo. Mr. Evou Mekou promised to continue to put the BDEAC at the service of financing the development needs of each Member State in accordance with its missions.
