Africa-Press – Angola. Angola administered, in the last 24 hours, 22,682 doses of vaccines, in the different Vaccination Posts of High Performance, according to data from the newsletter of the National Directorate of Public Health (DNSP), distributed yesterday to the press.
The provinces with the highest daily production were Uíge, with 5,708, Luanda (3,728), Huíla (3,086), Bié (2,956) and Cuanza-Sul (1,596).
Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign against Covid-19 in the country, in March last year, 18,433,056 doses have already been administered, with a rate of 33.66 percent of the target population (age 12 years and over) .
Of the 18,433,056 vaccinated citizens, 6,373,122 have full doses and 12,114,128 with just one dose.
According to the DNSP bulletin, the Vaccination Program plans to immunize a total of 20,754,946 of the eligible population.
