Angola and the European Union agree on issues of common interest

Africa-Press – Angola. Angola and the European Union agreed, this Friday, in Luanda, “to work together on global issues of common interest and transcend current relations centered on development aid”.

The measure came out of a meeting between the head of Angolan diplomacy, Téte António, and the ambassador of the European Union, Jeannette Seppen, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent to Jornal de Angola.

The event, which was also attended by the Minister of Economy and Planning, Mário João, Minister of Economy and Planning, and the Secretary of State for Cooperation and Angolan Communities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Domingos Vieira Lopes, served to analyze the new cooperation strategy with more tangible results between the Government of Angola and the European Union.
