Africa-Press – Angola. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Private Investment and Export Promotion Agency (AIPEX), Lello Francisco, will participate from the 25th to the 28th of this month, in Accra (Ghana), in the first edition of the annual conference of the Association of Private Investments Africa (AIPA).
The event, which will take place under the motto “The role of Investment Promotion Agencies in Facilitating Intra-African Trade”, in addition to the leaders of African investment agencies, will also bring together members of the World Association of Investment Agencies (WAIPA ), representatives of African and international development finance institutions, as well as multilateral agencies.
According to a press release from AIPEX, topics such as “Facilitation of investment and trade finance”, “Sustainable investment and climate finance” and “Cooperation and collaboration in AIPA”.
On the sidelines of the AIPA Assembly, the CEO of AIPEX, Lello Francisco, also participates in the pilot edition of the Kwahu Summit, centered on “African Prosperity”.
This meeting will be attended by various stakeholders (people with similar interests) such as the African Development Bank (ADB), AfreximBank, the secretariat of the African Continental Free Trade Area, and representatives of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) .
