Africa-Press – Angola. The process of collecting applications for access to stores in the centrality of Cuito, in Bié province, starts today, Thursday.
Interested parties have up to five days to submit the documentation.
According to a note from the Office of Social Communication of the Government of the Province of Bié, the properties, in a total of 66 stores, are destined to all traders, in individual name and to all sole proprietorships and multi-person groups, with headquarters or representation in the province.
They will be sold in the amount of four million and 200 thousand kwanzas, paid in cash (100 percent) or two million and 100 thousand kwanzas (50 percent) of the value, in accordance with presidential decree 278/20 of 26 October.
For customers who choose to pay 50 percent, the remaining installments will be amortized over five years in the amount set at 420,000 kwanzas per year.
In the first phase of the centrality, whose works took place between 2011 and 2017, 2,784 houses were built.
In the second phase, 376 houses were built, including apartments, duplexes and houses, all of the T3 type.
In addition to residences, it also has a police station, a kindergarten, two secondary polytechnic institutes, a training school for health technicians and another for basic education.
