Africa-Press – Angola. The Development Bank of Angola (BDA) opens this Friday in Uíge province the regional agency, where it will present products for aquaculture and fishing.
The agency, located at the premises of the Integrated Service for Citizen Assistance (SIAC) Uíge, will also meet the needs of promoters in the province of Zaire and Malanje and is equipped to provide the various services previously available at the central agency, in Luanda.
To be inaugurated by the Secretary of State for the Economy, Dalva Ringote Allen, with the opening of this dependency, the credit requests that until then were analyzed in Luanda, will be made locally, allowing the reduction of costs, since entrepreneurs no longer will need to travel to Luanda, at the same time that it will allow speed in the analysis of funding requests.

As part of the actions programmed in the province of Uíge, the BDA will also launch four financial products for the fishing and aquaculture sectors, namely “Current Capital”, “Machinery and Equipment”, “Structures and Infrastructures” and ” Investment Projects”.
The new products, aimed at micro, small, medium and large fishermen/shipowners and aquaculture farmers, aim to give greater consistency to the financing solution for business initiatives in the fishing and aquaculture segments, allied to the needs, expectations and characteristics of economic operators in the aforementioned sectors. , with the BDA covering up to 95% of the financing.
Financing solutions for the fisheries and aquaculture sectors will cover requests from promoters in terms of current expenditure, machinery and equipment, structures and infrastructure and investment opportunities.
