Africa-Press – Angola. The province of Bengo has, a new Deputy Attorney General of the Main Republic, presented to the local authorities.
This is Rúben Marcolino Jones, recently appointed by the Superior Council of the Judiciary of the Public Ministry, who replaces Carla Patrícia Correia in the position, placed under the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Luanda.
The presentation ceremony was guided by the coordinator and companion of the Northern Judicial Region, João Luís de Freitas Coelho, who informed that the appointment falls within the regular movement of public prosecutors established by the PGR.
The outgoing Deputy Attorney General of the Republic, Carla Patrícia Correia, who was in charge of the position for a period of four years, said that she leaves the post with a feeling of duty fulfilled.
The new deputy Attorney General of the Republic, Rúben Marcolino Jones, said that he will strive for teamwork, especially with all justice bodies.
The Attorney General’s Office in Bengo controls 18 magistrates and 55 employees, including justice and administrative technicians.
