Africa-Press – Angola. The building of the National Bank of Angola in Camacupa, Bié province, could be rehabilitated, after studies to be carried out by experts from the bank, who will travel to this location in the next few days.

The information was released yesterday by the governor of the National Bank of Angola (BNA), José de Lima Massano, who was speaking at a press conference, after the closing of the 111th ordinary meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (CPM), which the city of Cuito hosted from the 18th to the 19th of the current month.

The infrastructure was destroyed during the 1992 post-electoral armed conflict that devastated the country, turning it into rubble.

According to José de Lima Massano, a BNA team could travel to this municipality in the next few days, which is 82 kilometers east of Cuito, with the aim of carrying out studies for that purpose.

Without going into much detail, he said that the matter had already been discussed with the governor of the province, Pereira Alfredo.
