Africa-Press – Angola. The price of a barrel of Brent oil, which serves as a reference for Angolan exports, for delivery in May rose, this Monday, 3.24% on the London futures market, standing at 111.13 dollars, heavily influenced by the evolution of the war in Ukraine.

The market remains attentive to the developments of the war in Ukraine and its effects on the supply of oil, following the international sanctions imposed against Russia.

At the same time, Western countries continue to work on projects to replace Russian hydrocarbons with alternative sources of supply.
