Africa-Press – Angola. The municipal administrator of Cacongo. Armando do Carmo, defended, on Monday, in the commune of Dinge, more investments from the private business sector in communal headquarters, with a view to taking advantage of the potential resources that these districts have.
Armando do Carmo visited some private enterprises in the commune, such as the inerts exploration and burgau processing yard, an initiative of the company Menga-Engenharia, in the village of Socoto, commune of Dinge, having mentioned that it is in this perspective that the Executive is committed to support development in these locations, with social responsibility and youth employability projects.
In the village of Dinge Velho, Armando do Carmo, noted the operation of a furniture manufacturing carpentry workshop and the ongoing construction of a hotel and bakery unit, infrastructures that, according to him, will give another dynamic to the local economy , employment for young people and development of the commune.
“ This private sector initiative, in the commune of Dinge, shows signs that we are taking safe steps, with the desire for more projects for local development and growth, as well as attracting more investors to the commune of Dinge and beyond, but also take this experience to the Massabi commune”, he said.
For the businessman, Victor Capita, the objective is to look towards a better future and the development of the commune, creating jobs for young people of both sexes, with the aim of initially employing more than 50 young people from the commune of Dinge .
The commune of Dinge, municipality of Cacongo, is potentially rich in mineral resources, such as oil and gas, phosphate, in addition to having inert, diamond and gold mines.
The municipality of Cacongo has two communes, Dinge and the border of Massabi, the latter where the largest border market in the province is located, with the Republic of Congo.
