Africa-Press – Angola. More than 100 exhibitors from the municipality of Dembos, in Bengo province, will present their potential in the agricultural sector on the 26th and 27th of this month, with a focus on agribusiness, during the Feira do Campo.
The fourth edition of the event will take place in the Mobil location, under the motto “With family farming, we encourage agribusiness” and will feature agricultural cooperatives, peasant associations, isolated producers and economic agents.
The organization intends to have, on site, a stand for commercial banks and economic agents to show products aimed at the agricultural sector as a way of bringing producers closer to banking institutions and others that can grant credit to farmers and boost agribusiness in the municipality.
According to the fair’s coordinator, Gaspar António da Cruz, with the increase in the number of exhibitors, the forecast for the business volume grew from 9 million Kwanzas, in the last edition, to 12 million kz in this edition.
The fair is an opportunity to publicize the region’s agricultural potential and provide local producers and entrepreneurs with the opportunity to sell their produce.
