Africa-Press – Angola. The Speaker of the National Assembly, Carolina Cerqueira, defended, this Thursday, in Luanda, the need for rigor so that the actions of the SADC Parliamentary Forum can respond to the triad of effectiveness, efficiency and economy.
Carolina Cerqueira, who was speaking at the joint meeting of the Legal Subcommittees on Human Resources and Capacity Development of the Executive Committee of the SADC Parliamentary Forum, also said that “the issues raised for our consideration by the Secretary General are quite challenging.”
In his opinion, “they will require the utmost diligence from everyone, if we are, in fact, to present innovative recommendations capable of helping the Executive Committee to trace a safe path for our organization”.
