Africa-Press – Angola. The president of CASA-CE admitted, this Sunday (17), that he is prepared for an eventual unfavorable result, if he gets a defeat in the general elections, because “you have to be a democratic politician and accept the victory or defeat of any political force” .
Manuel Fernandes addressed the possibility of a defeat in the general elections, during a field trip, developed, as part of the pre-campaign, to “know the deep interior” of the municipality of Cazenga, according to his main page on Facebook. “The most important thing is that the electoral process is well conducted”, said the leader of CASA-CE, for whom, “in democracy there are no absolute victories, because whoever wins, does not win everything, and whoever loses, does not lose everything” . The president of CASA-CE, Manuel Fernandes, said that the trip to Cazenga has to do with the fact that he is not in favor of decisions taken from reports, but from data collected on the ground, making it possible to know, first , as things really are.
“It is not positive to find solutions to people’s problems based on reports. Therefore, we made the trip to Cazenga, to investigate the situation of citizens with some concern”, he stressed.
CASA-CE’s journey, led by Manuel Fernandes, which started in the vicinity of Decorang, an area adjacent to the former IFA factory, passed through the Ngambôa square, through the “Praça dos Deslocados” and culminated in the “Terra Vermelha” square, where interacted with residents. Several party figures accompanied the field trip.
