CASA-CE ensures, in the event of victory in the fifth elections, a “governance of proximity”, with the urgent implementation of local authorities at the country level, for the “immediate resolution of the people’s problems”, according to the head of the country. coalition list by Luanda provincial circle.

Hélder Chihuto made these statements on Saturday during a campaign to raise awareness among young people and vendors in Praça da Mabunda, district of Samba, municipality of Luanda, where he presented his program.

“CASA-CE brings a sustainable government program, where one of the plans of this program has to do with the urgent need to implement local authorities throughout the country, which means governance by proximity, direct contact with those who will manage public funds in the interest of the people”, stressed Hélder Chihuto.

The politician took the opportunity to highlight the subsidy for poverty, unemployed, risk, isolation, maternity and others, as some proposals of a possible government of CASA-CE. Hélder Chihuto appealed to sellers, in particular women, to “vote consciously, in a democratic, orderly and peaceful way”, indicating that the “country has everything to work out and promote the socio-economic well-being of Angolan families”. He defended equality of rights, opportunity and fairness in the redistribution of national public income, adding that “Angolans deserve respect, live with greater tranquility, dignity, consideration and appreciation”.

Change In Social Policies

The politician Hélder Chihuto highlighted the awareness-raising work in the markets in Luanda, and appealed to people’s awareness of the change in social policies. CASA-CE vice-president for Social Communication and Marketing, Cesinanda Xavier, told journalists that the coalition intends to implement new strategies to promote families, youth, the elderly and the people in general.

“Social policies must be changed and we all know what the weaknesses are at the moment. It is not that there are no laws, they are there, and, as a deputy, I know that we have the laws passed. same laws”, he underlined, indicating that “CASA-CE is a coalition that thinks about the best for Angola and for the Angolans”.

Cesinanda Xavier guaranteed “better days”, not only for the Mabunda area, but for all markets. “Most Angolan families are in the informal market, so there is a need to reintegrate these families, promote them for them to leave informality”, he concluded.
