Africa-Press – Angola. Investments by Centrooptico, one of the leading companies in eye health care in Angola, during 2021, provided the opening of 55 new direct jobs, increasing the workforce to a total of 280 employees.

The group’s management is committed, this year, to strengthening social action in the communities.

However, it was decided to start this social plan with the granting of more incentives to employees, through an extraordinary 50 percent increase in food allowances to reward them for their commitment, professionalism and dedication.

This is yet another measure implemented within the scope of Centrooptico’s internal social responsibility policy, which aims to improve the living conditions of employees.

“We live in complex times, but even in a context of a global pandemic and economic crisis in the country, we do everything to improve the conditions of our employees, a reflection of our internal social responsibility policy”, says Arlete Clemente, human resources director at Centro Óptico. .

The Angolan leader in visual health offers its employees above average salaries, with the payment of 12 months plus Christmas and holiday allowances paid at 100 percent, plus an annual bonus taking into account employee loyalty and performance , which can reach two base orders.
