Africa-Press – Angola. The Angola and Spain Chamber of Business and Industry (CNIAE) this Saturday in Toledo presented business opportunities in the Angolan market to Spanish businessmen.
The event, which brought together businessmen, investors, academics, the journalistic class and entities interested in bilateral economic cooperation between the two countries, served to present the characterization of the market and business opportunities in Angola, Spanish business partners willing to invest in Angola, as well as the chamber’s action program for the five-year period 2023-2027.
According to a note from the institution that arrived at press, during the activity the project’s management body was also presented, with emphasis on the mayor Abdou Ascenso Augusto Sachiepo, the vice-presidency composed of Eugênio Mora Gomes and Eliane Rodrigues de Oliveira, and the general secretary, Évora Teixeira.
The governing body informed that during the 5-year mandate it will focus on promoting, in partnership with the competent institutions, economic and commercial relations between companies, entrepreneurs and institutions in Angola and Spain, based on mutual interest, as well as contributing for the current process of diversifying the economy and attracting foreign direct investment in favor of Angola.
The organization took advantage of the moment to expose various topics related to business yesterday, namely the dignity of work, the transfer of professional knowledge from Spain to Angola, digital transformation, the sustainable exploitation of mineral resources, the identification and execution of opportunities for business related to the “Gree Economy” and “Blue Economy”, the contribution to facilitate cooperation between members of the Chamber and local and external governmental and financial institutions, as well as the presentation of proposals for processes that facilitate the actions of entrepreneurs and partners Angolans and Spaniards.
Given the importance of the aforementioned event, the Chamber of Business and Industry Angola and Spain, its governing body and partners would like to thank all participants in the event, with emphasis on the Embassy of Angola in Spain, which provided the necessary institutional support and comfort to the initiative.
CNIAE was created to contribute to the improvement of trade relations between Angola and Spain, through the mapping and dissemination of viable business opportunities.
