The athlete residing in South Africa, who is fighting for the first time on home soil, stated that, despite not being a ranked fight, the opponents are professionals, so quality and spectacle are guaranteed.

For the fighter, this type of actions can awaken young Angolans to a taste for the sport, reiterating the importance of the presence of the public at Cidadela, whose ticket prices will go towards charitable actions for social institutions.

Regarding his title defense, the world champion for Ares Fighting, in the bantamweight, 57kg and 61kg category, stated that he would like to do it in March 2024, in Angola, which will not be possible for logistical reasons.

According to the organization, in addition to the showdown, five more fights are expected, four of which will be amateur and one celebrity between kudurist Jessica Pitbull and Samara Panamera.

The gates of the Citadel’s Main Pavilion will be open from 4 pm and the fighting will begin at 6 pm.
