The provincial secretary of the Democratic Bloc (BD) in Bié, Jaime António Jamba, said he intends to pay greater attention, over the next four years, to the training of cadres, the cohesion and strengthening of the party, so that it can overcome the challenges that are approaching.
Jaime António Jamba spoke to the press, in the city of Cuito, after being reappointed to his position and taking office.
The politician also wishes to reinforce the mobilization, so that, in the future, he can gain municipal power, when it is implemented in the country.
On the other hand, the provincial secretary of BD intends to work together with the Government, with a view to finding a solution to improve the living conditions of local families, especially in the areas of infrastructure, education, health, water, energy, agriculture and industry , combating corruption, among others.
He called on new cadres to comply with and respect the party’s statute, contributing to participatory democracy and the growth of the democratic bloc
On the same occasion, the second secretary of the party, Martinho Santos, the secretary for Bloquista Women, Fernanda Feia, the secretary of Bié Youth, Jeremias Domingos, among other members, took office.
