The agreement now signed is a legal instrument that aims to establish a legal framework, which will provide a set of practical modalities, aimed at facilitating the mobility and circulation of people, goods and services in the CPLP’s geophysical space.
The same will also contribute significantly to a greater proximity between the peoples of the countries of the CPLP, as well as the increase of cooperation relations in the most varied domains, thus providing mutual benefits for the peoples of the countries of the community, with a view to the promotion of economic, social and cultural development.
