Africa-Press – Angola. A mission of European Union election experts, which has been in Angola since the 4th of this month, visited the Constitutional Court on Monday, with the aim of getting to know better the role of this body in the conduct of the electoral process in country.
The delegation was received, in audience, by the presiding judge of the Constitutional Court (TC), Laurinda Cardoso, from whom he received explanations about the tasks already carried out, within the framework of the attributions regarding the Angolan electoral process.
The mission of European experts, led by the EU ambassador, Jeannette Seppen, was made up of Tânia Marques and Alexandre Gray, responsible for the European External Action Service (SEAE).
Counselor judges Gilberto Magalhães and Conceição Sango, as well as other officials from the Constitutional Court, were also at the meeting.
