Africa-Press – Angola. The collective exhibition “Details of Emotion”, by Angolan artists Adilson Vieira, Jardel Selele and Marquês, opens on Wednesday, the 21st, at the Tamar Golan Gallery belonging to the Fundação Arte e Cultura, in Luanda.
The sample includes 13 works that express the diversity of contemporary art produced in Angola, as well as heterogeneous artistic approaches, offering implicit poetry in their canvases.
“Each work is an invitation to explore the hearts of the artists and delve into the messages, manifestos and philosophical treatises on the emotion they convey”, according to a statement sent by the foundation.
During the exhibition, some female voices in Angolan music will be honored, in an intimate concert, which will be entertained by singer Selte Mainsel and the foundation’s musical band.
The sample ends on March 12th.
The gallery is an innovative and alternative, non-profit cultural project that aims to promote Angolan visual arts and support emerging talents in contemporary arts.
