Africa-Press – Angola. Expo Catoca 30 Years, which has been bringing together more than 60 national and international companies from the mining sector and related areas in Luanda, since Tuesday (26), wraps up Thursday (28) with a gala honoring the pioneers and the official closing ceremony.
Happening under the motto “Here, where diamonds meet the community,” the event marks the three decades of existence of the Catoca Mining Society and the 50th anniversary of National Independence, establishing itself as a platform for business, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
For three days, the event has presented thematic conferences, business networking sessions, cultural presentations, and technological exhibitions, with an average of 500 daily visitors, including students, experts, strategic partners, and community members.
Several activities are planned for the final day, including lectures, technology demonstrations, and business meetings.
The agenda also includes a “reading of the Catoca 2050 declaration,” as well as the third panel discussion, “Catoca’s Value Chain and Institutional Presentations.”
