Africa-Press – Angola. The National Air Force (FAN) will reinforce the work of patriotic education of its staff, at country level, with the aim of raising coherence and love for the Fatherland.
The recommendation was made during the XVI Methodological Meeting of Deputy Commanders of the FAN Patriotic Education Bodies, this Friday, in Ondjiva.
At the end of the meeting, the deputy commander of the FAN for the Patriotic Education Area, Lieutenant General Baltazar Pimenta, stressed that there is a need to work more with the troops to refresh mobilization actions and rescue lost moral values.
He stressed that patriotic educators must maintain the qualities of praising, censuring and relying on values such as patriotism, loyalty, solidarity, firmness, courage, respect and camaraderie.
At the meeting, which started on Thursday (25), the participants analyzed, among other topics, the degree of compliance with the recommendations of the last meeting and the activities carried out during the 2022/2023 instruction year.
The meeting, under the motto “FAN Patriotic Education Bodies, rejuvenate, to maintain the Sovereignty of the National Air Space”, also analyzed the guidelines for the work of patriotic education, to be developed in the 2023/2024 instruction year.
