Africa-Press – Angola. Palanca’s Kabuscorp is prohibited from registering new players, either at Angolan or international level, because it has not yet paid the debt to Serbian Zaran Maki, a former coach from 2012 to 2014.

In January 2022, the Angolan Football Federation (FAF) had already beaten Kabuscorp do Palanca with the withdrawal of three points from Girabola, for breach of contract with former goalkeeper José Delgado ‘Elber’.

Recently, the same club, belonging to the Angolan businessman and politician Bento dos Santos Kangamba, was summoned by the FAF to also pay a debt of 15 million and 500 thousand Kwanzas to the athlete Bráulio Dinis ‘Nary’.

The Angolan club has numerous debts to settle with former coaches, such as the Portuguese Paulo Torres, who this week said that Palanca’s Kabuscorp has not yet paid its debt, which has been going on since 2019.

In 2019, after intervention by FIFA, Angolan businessman Bento Kangamba’s team was relegated to the third division of Angolan football, for breach of contract with Brazilian international footballer Rivaldo, as well as with Congolese Trèsor Mputo.

The statement released by the FAF, quoted by Lusa, says that 1.º de Agosto is also prohibited from registering new players, because it has not yet paid the debt to the former coach of the Angolan club, the Honduran Bryan Moya.

The statement states that FIFA notified the Angolan club, in order to pay Bryan Moya’s salaries, but 1.º de Agosto did not meet the deadline.

Bryan Moya was signed for the 2020/21 season, for two seasons, but after one season he saw his contract terminated.
