Africa-Press – Angola. 1o de Agosto won the National Junior Women’s Handball Championship on Wednesday, in the city of Namibe, by beating Casa do Pessoal do Porto do Lobito (CPPL) in the final, by 22-13.
The team coached by José Chuma took an 8-6 lead at half-time.
In the third position was Eletro do Lobito, who defeated Maculusso clube, by 31-25.
The National championship had the participation of 15 teams from the provinces of Namibe, Bié, Malanje, Cabinda, Huíla, Luanda, Moxico, Benguela and Bengo.
