Africa-Press – Angola. Interclube won the Football Friendship Tournament, called “Todos ao Voto”, by passing, yesterday, unscathed by Wiliete SC, at the Ombaka National Stadium, after the penalty shootout, by 4-3, after the three-goal tie. at the end of the regular 90 minutes.
“Wilietistas” and police carried out a true anthem to football. But, the challenge started at a slow pace, with the two teams looking to do the mutual study. The host emblem, at the orders of José Silvestre “Pelé” tried, in that sequence, to assume the expenses of the game, but the opposing defense knew how to break the attacks.
It was in this tune that Interclube balanced the match and took the lead, just in the 7th minute through the Brazilian Dioguinho.
Despite the disadvantage, the “wilietistas” were not begged. They climbed the passing lines and in a seemingly harmless move, Gazeta, with a perfect header, at 22 minutes equaled the match.
With the score equal, both teams “stepped” on the accelerator, and the game gained another dynamic, not disappointing the public that flocked to the Ombaka Stadium to watch the final of the “All to vote” Tournament. Even so, it was Interclube that once again dominated the game and, within 11 minutes, scored again, breaking the tie, with a goal by Buba in the 33rd minute. Dioguinho scored twice at 44, and the team assigned to the Police went to the break to win.
In the restart, despite Interclube trying to maintain control of the game, it was Wiliete, who proved to be more effective in offensive actions.
Silvestre Pelé’s men” managed, in fact, to equalize the score in a short space of 11 minutes.
First, following a shot from the “middle of the street” by Gazeta, in the 64th minute, and then by Sukuia, in the 75th minute.
The two teams, who paraded on the “green carpet” of the Ombaka Stadium, in the city of Acácia Rubras, did not disappoint, on the contrary, they had a performance on the scale of a final.
It is true that in the case of a final, of course, there would have to be a winner, with luck smiling here at Interclube, who knew how to make better use of penalties. A worthy winner, by the way, but let’s face it, the “wilietistas” gave an excellent replica in this competition that, in addition to these two Girabola emblems, paraded six other teams, namely Sagrada Esperança, Recreativo do Libolo, Desportivo da Lunda -Sul, Académica do Lobito, 1º de Agosto and FC Bravos do Maquis.
Penalty Shootout
In the penalty shoot-out, Wiliete hit the goal defended by Élber Kibeixa, Aisson and Panilson, while Sukuia and Simão were unsuccessful.

Immaculate Route
To reach the final, the “wilietistas” ended up in the lead of Group A of the preliminary phase, “ex-aquo” with Interclube, both with five points, as a result of the null draw in the debut against Desportivo da Lunda-Sul and one goal with the National Police team, closing the accounts of this stage with a 1-0 triumph over 1º de Agosto.
In the knockout stage, Silvestre “Pel锑s pupils beat Recreativo do Libolo, in the semi-finals, by two unanswered balls, with goals scored by Kibeixa and Niñgi.
Interclube started with a 1-0 victory over 1º de Agosto, then drew 1-1 with the hosts, Wiliete SC, and in the final round they shared points again, this time with Desportivo da Lunda-Sul, one try. In the semi-finals, Interclube, under the orders of the Portuguese Rogério Gonçalves, needed only Jô Paciência’s solitary goal to take the final by storm.
