Africa-Press – Angola. The province of Malanje will gain, in the near future, a new centrality with 2,500 houses, announced this Wednesday, in that city, the MPLA candidate for President of the Republic, João Lourenço.

By intervening in the mass political act, within the framework of the electoral campaign for the General Elections of 24 August, the MPLA leader also promised the delivery “soon” of the “500 houses” project.

“We continue to appeal to other actors not to give up on this niche market that is housing”, he said, stressing that the private sector, cooperatives and citizens must not give up on also building houses to sell and rent.

According to João Lourenço, however much goodwill and available resources the State has to build more centralities, these will not be enough if the other actors “do not enter the field”.
