Africa-Press – Angola. The Head of State, João Lourenço, received, this Thursday, a message from his counterpart from Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema, regarding multi-regional consultations at the highest level between both countries.
The bearer of the letter was the Equatorial Guinean Minister of Foreign Affairs, Simeon Oyono Esono Angué, who, upon leaving the meeting, said that the message is also part of strengthening cooperation and friendship between the two states.
“Taking into account that Equatorial Guinea will organize the summit of the Economic Community of Central African States (CEEAC), it was responsible for inviting the Angolan President to participate in the meeting, to be held on March 9, in Malabo”, he informed.
He made it known that during the summit topics related to peace and security, economy and development, civil aviation, youth, among others, would be analyzed.
