Africa-Press – Angola. The book of testimonies entitled “Olá Titila”, written by Angolan journalist António Campos, was launched on Friday in Lisbon, Portugal, at the 11 de Novembro Auditorium of the Angolan Embassy in that European country.
A press, the launch of the book took place at an event that the Angolan diplomatic representation included in the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of National Independence, to be marked on 11 November.
The document informs that the 400-page book brings testimonies from several friends of António Campos, in what he himself considers to be “several hymns to friendship” given by several journalists, academics and intellectuals who, in one way or another, had the opportunity to spend time with him.
António Campos is currently working as Press Advisor at the Angolan Embassy in Argentina.
The presentation of the book was led by journalist Victor Hugo Mendes and included a statement by former advisor to the former Portuguese Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, Paulo Colaço, both co-authors of the book.
The ceremony was attended by members of the Angolan community living in Portugal, who purchased the book and were entertained by Angolan musician Paka, who lives in Portugal.
