Africa-Press – Angola. The Court of Appeal of Luanda inaugurated, Tuesday (8), a library and launched the website, as part of the celebrations of the 1st anniversary of the institution that will be celebrated next Friday, 11 November.

According to the judge Eduardo Samuco, for the first anniversary of the institution, several activities of a philanthropic, sporting, academic and cultural nature are reserved, under the motto “Todos Contam”.

According to the magistrate, the activities will serve, in addition to celebrating the date, to make society aware of the existence of the Luanda Court of Appeal.

“The program of the celebrations also includes a futsal match, a meeting on the theme ‘Conciliation between the private and professional life of the magistrate’, which will be chaired by the retired judge counselor of the Supreme Court, Luzia Sebastião”, he said.

The list of speakers will be completed by the retired judge of the Supreme Court, Augusto Carneiro, as well as a guided visit to university students of the Law Course of some universities in Luanda and the delivery of donations to the Provisional Reception Center of Viana.

Eduardo Samuco recalled that the Luanda Court of Appeal was created with the main objective of bringing the administration of justice closer to the citizens.
