Africa-Press – Angola. This Tuesday afternoon, the transfer of portfolios from the outgoing governor of Luanda province, Ana Paula de Carvalho, to the newly appointed governor Manuel Homem.
Sworn in on Monday by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, Manuel Homem is now the 24th governor of Luanda (capita of the country).
The former minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Manuel Homem, replaces Ana de Carvalho, who headed Luanda in the period between 2021-2022.
