Africa-Press – Angola. Maria Eugénia Neto, widow of the first President of Angola and founder of the Nation, António Agostinho Neto, said this Saturday in Luanda that “the legacy of Neto cannot be lost”.
Maria Eugénia Neto made these statements to the press, minutes after paying tribute to the figure of António Agostinho Neto, laying a wreath on the sarcophagus of the poet and nationalist, at the Memorial, adjacent to Praça da República, in Luanda.
Angola and the world celebrate, today, the historical figure of António Agostinho Neto, who dedicated himself completely to the universal fight against all forms of oppression and exploitation of man by man.
