Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Mário Oliveira, assured, this Wednesday, that “we were successful in the first stage of launching Angosat-2”.
“During this process, which culminated in the launch of Angosat-2, a series of measurements and calculations were carried out and the satellite passed all the tests carried out”, informed the minister in statements to the press in Kazakhstan.
At the moment, he said, all telemetry signals that Angosat-2 has been sending to earth obey the nominal standards, adding that “the satellite is flying under its own conditions”.
