Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Culture, Filipe Zau, appealed, this Monday, in Luanda, to creators in the sense of a greater and better organization for the enjoyment of the economic advantages.

Filipe Zau also appealed to economic agents who use works for exhibition and public enjoyment for economic purposes, who must pay the respective compensation fees, that is, copyright to the authors.

The government official, who was speaking during the ceremony of the 4th anniversary of the National Service for Copyright and Related Rights (SENADIAC), urged all institutions involved in the chain of protection, in the sense of greater and better cooperation and articulation in the actions that must be undertaken.

For Minister Filipe Zau, Angolan society must have a culture of denouncing acts that harm authors’ rights and disloyalty in the exercise of economic activities that involve the use of intellectual works, so that they can produce the expected social and economic impacts .

In the commemorative act of the 4th anniversary of SENADIAC, former directors who passed through the institution, contributing to its construction and operation were honored.
