Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, was received this Monday afternoon, in Kigali, by the President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, as special envoy of the Head of State, João Lourenço.
According to a press release from MIREX, during the meeting, the parties reviewed the tense atmosphere prevailing in relations between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic of Rwanda, marked by incidents on the common border and which led to the expulsion of Rwanda’s ambassador to Kinshasa, Vincent Karega.
