Africa-Press – Angola. The policy of prioritizing quality developed by the Angolan Paralympic Committee (CPA), at the level of national teams, is encouraged by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MINJUD), according to the Secretary of State for Sports, Teresa Ulundo.
