With the objective of knowing the role of the Constitutional Court (TC) in the conduct of the Electoral Process underway in the country, a mission of European Union electoral experts was received today, in audience, by the venerable judge president of the institution, Laurinda Monteiro Cardoso.
According to the official TC Facebook page, during the hearing, the European mission, which has been in Angola since the 4th of this month, received explanations from the President of the Constitutional Court and her team about the tasks already carried out, within the framework of the attributions. concerning the Angolan electoral process.
The European expert mission, led by the European Union ambassador to Angola, Jeannette Seppen, was also attended by Tânia Maria Magalhães Marques and Alexandre Gray, both responsible for the European External Action Service (SEAE).
Counselor judges Gilberto Magalhães and Conceição Sango, as well as other officials from the Constitutional Court, were also at the meeting.
