Africa-Press – Angola. A Professions Fair was opened this Friday in Huambo, with the participation of more than 200 exhibitors, in an event that encourages creativity and professional vocation.
The event is focused “on the rescue of humble and undervalued crafts”, such as shoemaking, carpentry, among others, in an initiative of the Provincial Youth Council.
The Executive Secretary of the Council, João Hotalala, considered, at the opening of the fair, that the promotion of professions among young people is essential for them to improve their skills, obtain income and offer employment.
The fair has exhibitors from academic institutions, technical-professional training schools and agricultural enterprises.
