Africa-Press – Angola. The MPLA’s second secretary in Bié, Nilton Capama, reiterated the need for his party’s leaders to continue to strive for transparent management in the civil service, in order to respond to the current challenges associated with the fight against corruption.
The politician made these statements to the press, at the end of the course on political and ideological training, aimed at the party’s leaders and staff, held in the city of Cuito.
The training aimed to reinforce issues of ethics and transparency in the civil service.
The party leader says that it is necessary for MPLA staff and leaders to strive for the principle of transparency in the execution of public affairs, within the laws established in the Constitution of the Republic, in order to continue to win the sympathy of the population.With this, the MPLA’s second secretary in Bié, Domingos Capama, reaffirmed the ongoing training of its militants, in order to increasingly prepare them for the challenges that lie ahead.
During the event, participants also analyzed topics related to the foundations and rules of organization and operation of the MPLA, an overview of the main ideologies, public communication and crisis management, among others.
