Africa-Press – Angola. The MPLA Luanda committee is committed to training the organization’s leading staff, starting from the base structures, in order to perfect the philosophy and ideology that this party defends.
This desire was manifested Saturday, in the district of Morro dos Veados, municipality of Belas, by its first provincial secretary, Manuel Homem, when speaking to journalists at the end of a broad working meeting with grassroots structures of the MPLA, OMA and JMPLA .
According to the politician, the training cycle aims to allow leading cadres to better coordinate actions at the base structures level, guaranteeing trust and creating conditions for greater dynamism and harmony between militants and leadership.
“These party political training plans are very important, to allow each militant to be absorbed with the party’s and leadership’s strategy”, he underlined.
As for the challenges for the next five years, at provincial level, he said that a lot of work is expected to reorganize the basic structures, to face future challenges with efficiency and success.
At the meeting, the first of its kind in Luanda, he described that other issues related to the revitalization and organization of structures, evaluation of the operating dynamics, as well as aspects related to internal life, necessary for the performance of a catalyzing role in conducting the destinies of the MPLA in Luanda.
He stressed that “in fact, we also heard the concerns of the leading staff in the municipality, and also conveyed our confidence in solving the problems raised, such as the organization of facilities in different districts of Belas, and the need to create working conditions for the CAPs”.
He expressed the conviction of the militants, in the municipality, to demonstrate that their party remains firm and prepared to face the challenges of the province.
