Roberto Leal Monteiro “Ngongo”, coordinator of a group of MPLA deputies who visited the BUAPS in the municipality of Viana, namely in Vila sede, Kikuxi and Urbanização Vida Pacífica, in Zango, liked the work dynamics of the employees, who face various constraints .
“The process was prepared to work without major constraints, but due to technical aspects, which created embarrassment, there was a certain slowdown on the part of the population”, said the deputy. around 60 people, so there was no expectation of registering such a high demand, as has been seen in recent weeks.
Roberto Leal Monteiro “Ngongo” encouraged future voters to update the data, remembering that “voting is a citizenship right for every Angolan”.
The coordinator of the parliamentary group stressed that “the Executive is carrying out a job, which is not easy, especially at this final stage of the process”, having therefore appealed to the participation of everyone who has already exercised their right to vote in the elections. “The counters are also open on weekends, so we must be willing to update the data, in order to qualify for the right to vote in the next elections”, he appealed.
At a technical level, Roberto Leal Monteiro “Ngongo” said that there was an improvement in the counters, making service faster. open from 7 am to 4 pm.
The updating process, at the BUAP of the Viana Urban District, takes just two minutes, a process guaranteed by the excellent working conditions.
The administrator, Julieta Ngueve, informed that yesterday, 167 citizens were served in just two hours. MPLA parliamentarians visited several counters.
