The first provincial secretary of the MPLA in Moxico, Ernesto Muangala, reiterated this Saturday in the village of Cangamba, municipality of Luchazes, that his party, as government, will continue to focus on improving communication routes, with a view to development sustainable.
The official who was speaking at a political event in the district, pointed out the asphalting of the road that connects Luzi/Cassamba/Cangamba, over a length of 156 kilometres, as one of the priority actions, to facilitate mobility and stimulate development.
The project is included in the proposal for the General State Budget (OGE) for the current financial year, and is estimated at more than 581 million kwanzas.
He added that this action will be accompanied by a program to electrify the municipality and expand drinking water.
In the municipality of Luchazes, according to Ernesto Muangala, the government plans to build more schools and a municipal hospital.
With 43,334 square kilometers, the municipality of Luchazes has 18,941 inhabitants (2014 Census). AP/TC/HD.
