Africa-Press – Angola. The second provincial secretary of the MPLA in Moxico, Bento Luenmbe, reiterated this Thursday, in Luena, the need to continue implementing actions, with a view to maintaining democratic stability, consolidating the country’s sovereignty and progress.
Speaking to the press, at the launch of the political agenda that will guide the political activities of this organization, within the framework of the celebration of the 67th anniversary, to be celebrated on December 10th, he said that the MPLA remains firm in satisfying the population’s desires , mainly in the achievement of fundamental freedoms.
On the other hand, the politician defended the implementation of actions aimed at protecting children’s rights, due to the growth of homeless children in the region, as well as the mistreatment they are subjected to in the family environment.
“We must dedicate all attention to the protection of children, providing the right to education and finding a healthy environment in families so that they can grow up in harmony”, he maintained.
The MPLA program in the province, as part of the celebration of 67 years since its foundation, reserves several activities, with emphasis on the holding of mass political acts, as well as social and cultural events.
