Africa-Press – Angola. More than 200 children from different social segments, in Luena, benefited, this Wednesday, from a philanthropic action called “solidarity Christmas” promoted by the MPLA Provincial Secretariat in Moxico.
The event led by the party’s first provincial secretary in Moxico, Ernesto Muangala, served to provide children with a moment of celebration and gift giving.
Intervening in the activity, Ernesto Muangala appealed to the need to stimulate the spirit of sharing and love for others among minors and families, with a view to building a society based on moral and civic values.
On the occasion, little Damares da Silva, when delivering the message of the other children, praised the event’s initiative, advocating the need to extend it to other municipalities in the province.
The meeting was also attended by the coordinator of the monitoring group of the MPLA secretariat in the province of Moxico, Pedro Sebastião Teta.
